Role : Kohinoor is a diversified Group and is looking for Asst. General Manager for its Corporate Office. He will work closely with the Group Companies for execution of strategic functions of HR. to achieve Group objectives and contribute to its growth. He will report to VP HR and Admin Corporate Office.
Overall Responsibilities : • Coordination of HR functions of Group companies.
• Be an ally in strategic planning and growth.
• Formulate HR strategy for the Group.
• Laying down Group HR policies and vetting of policies of Group Companies.
• Formulate and execute Talent Management strategy.
• Planning and Execution of Training and Development of Senior and Middle level managers.
• Execution of all HR functions with respect to middle and senior management in conjunction with the Group Companies.
• Mentoring and guiding HR teams of Group Companies.
• Promote organization values and culture.
• Act as Super Administrator for HRIS system of the Group.

   

 
Position Title : Content Writer / Executive- Corporate Communications & Public Relations
Education : Journalism, Public relations or BMM or PG dip Journalism / PR students
Experience : Candidates with 1-2 Years of experience.Freshers can also apply.
Key skills/Area of expertise : 1. Excellent written & verbal skills in both English & Marathi.
2. Basic understanding of PR & Media functioning.
3. Should be able to meet the deadlines.
4. Efficient correspondence with internal teams.
5. Creative thinker & innovative.
6. Good knowledge of current affairs.
7. Efficient in Soft skills.

Role : 1. Preparing Press releases, Press notes for media events.

Role : To do internal audit of various group entities of Kohinoor Group.
Should also be aware of risk & controls pertaining to business & functional areas.
