Position Title : Senior Manager - Regulatory Affairs
Education : Should be graduate from any stream with MBA. MBA in Real Estate /Infrastructure Management will be preferred.
Experience : Having experience of working in large Real Estate projects, Knowledge of follow up of compliances of IOD, CC, MHADA, NOC, CFO NOC, MOEF,MCZMA NOC, Civil Aviation ,HPC etc.

He should have good organisational and social skills.

Should be in the age bracket of 32-36 years.
Role : 1. To keep record of all the approvals/NOC’s obtained for various projects.
2. Follow up & monitor the submission of compliances of conditions of NOC’s / approval within the stipulated time.
3. To coordinate the meetings with all consultants regarding reviewing the status of work.
4. To prepare MOM of all the meetings and tracking the activities accordingly.
5. To prepare presentations for all the feasibility and status of different projects.
6. To track the NOC renewal dates and bring this in to the notice in time and follow up with concerned.
7. Remain active in Real Estate Organization.
8. Prepare MIS.
   

 
Position Title : GM – Banking / Fund raising
Education : The desired candidate shall be Qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance from reputed institute.

The candidate must have cleared the professional exam in first attempt.
Experience : Age-35 -38 years with not less than 8 -10 years of post-qualification experience in real estate / infrastructure industry.

The candidate must have closed the fund-raising deals of not less than INR 400 Cr.

Exposure to overseas funding / ECB etc. would be an added advantage. Thorough knowledge of financial model preparation for fund raising is mandatory
Role : 1) To map all the Term Sheets for Kohinoor Group borrowings
2) To prepare consolidated cash flow for entire Kohinoor Group and monitoring the same on monthly basis.
3) To interact closely and guide Individual Unit Accountants for preparations of CMA / Cash Flows / Monthly / Quarterly requirement of Banks.
4) To interact closely with Lenders for negotiating better terms and conditions
5) To prepare Financial Models for various Fund Raising / Equity raising options
6) To act as single point of contact for potential investors for due diligence exercise related to sale of asset / equity
7) To ensure execution of all banking related documents within due date
8) To prepare Investment Opportunity Teaser / Sales pitch to potential JV Partners / Investors.
9) Any other work in Finance and banking domain.
   

 
Position Title : Asst manager-Finance (Executive Assistant to CFO)
Education : MBA-FINANCE
Experience : Fresher
Key skills/Area of expertise : Should have analytical mindset and an eye for detail.


Candidate should not be more than 25 years of age.
Role : Executive assistant to CFO handling day to day affairs of CFO office including Liasoning within Kohinoor Group and with outsiders.

The candidate would be responsible for maintaining financial MIS as required by CFO / Board
   

 
Position Title : AGM- Corporate HR
Education : MBA/PGDM HR.
Experience : 12 to 15 years
Key skills/Area of expertise : • Minimum of 12 to 15 years of progressively increasing responsibility in HR leadership role, preferably some experience with a diversified Group.
• Should be in the age group of 34 to 38 years.
• Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
• Strong visionary with proven leadership qualities.
• Should have fair understanding of Business Strategy.
• Should be empathetic with ability to help others to grow and develop.
• Preferably should have experience of dealing with IR matters.
• Should be adept at using modern technology.
• Should have good written and verbal expression in English. Ability to communicate in Marathi is not a must but will be preferred.
Role : Kohinoor is a diversified Group and is looking for Asst. General Manager for its Corporate Office.
